Marketing and Communications Manager (Part time 25 hours per week)
About the Role
Due to the expansion of the charity’s work and increased demand for our services, we now require an experienced and skilled Marketing and Communications Manager to develop and deliver a marketing and communications strategy that raises awareness of LRSN’s work, increases awareness and engagement, and supports income generation and service delivery, across the activities of the charity.
The new role will oversee high standards of brand management, content, printed and promotional materials, events and campaigns across all channels, ensuring communications are audience led, data informed, and aligned with LRSN’s values and objectives. The role will also have strategic oversight of all marketing, communications and fundraising functions, both internally and externally and will line manage the Fundraising Manager.
About You
We require an experienced Marketing and Communications professional who has strong creative and copywriting skills, excellent people skills and strong project management and organisation skills.
You will have a sharp eye for detail, huge levels of enthusiasm and a caring and supportive nature. It is vital that you have the ability to spot and develop opportunities, create high-quality graphics, blogs, social media and campaigns, as well as having a flair for storytelling and crafting communications across all types of media.
You will be a highly self-motivated, reliable and a hard worker, with experience and a strong track record of working in a marketing and public relations role. Comfortable with flexible working hours to include occasional weekend working and evenings with our event programme, this role is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to grow the awareness and success of LRSN, whilst caring for the agricultural and rural communities of Lincolnshire and supporting them long into the future.
In Return We Offer
– Salary: £41,500 per annum, pro rata
– Holidays: 28 days pluss public holidays, pro rata
– Hours of Work: 25 hours per week to be worked flexibly
– Contact Duration: Permanent
– Base: Home based with requirement to travel for meetings, events etc.
– Responsible to the CEO of the Charity
