Mission & vision

Our vision is that no one in Lincolnshire’s agricultural and horticultural community should face difficulty alone.
Our mission is to provide a lifeline to members of the agricultural and horticultural community and allied industries across Lincolnshire. By providing personalised and accessible services, LRSN aims to improve the ability of Lincolnshire’s agricultural and horticultural community to live well in the present and thrive and flourish in the future.

Amy Thomas, Head of Charity“LRSN has always been all about fearlessness to see and support people. LRSN is about people and their needs – our charity, and in fact any charity exists only to meet that need. This simple yet infinitely powerful purpose continues to inspire our work today and is at our foundation.”
Our strategic priorities underpin our delivery and directly link to our overall aims, which are to:
- Provide a lifeline to the agricultural and horticultural community and allied industries across Greater Lincolnshire
- Deliver holistic and accessible support services designed to address the needs of the agricultural and horticultural community and allied industries with a focus on practical support and emotional and physical wellbeing
- Build greater awareness of our work and services within the agricultural and horticultural community
- Be an efficient, well-managed organisation, with governance systems that enable our work and with a diverse income base, ensuring longevity of services to our beneficiaries.
Our service users and beneficiaries are varied and derive from the agricultural and horticultural community and allied industries across Greater Lincolnshire, and who for whatever reason, find themselves needing a listening ear and guidance on addressing a range of issues.
