In times of crisis, stress and change, LRSN will be there.
What we do

We are Lincolnshire’s listening ear, we understand and can relate to the problems faced by the agricultural and horticultural community in times of crisis, stress and change. We harness the wealth of skills and experience of our dedicated team of trustees, volunteers and staff and work closely with people, families and partners to deliver high-quality and needs-led services.
Steve – Supported by LRSN“I had a bit of a meltdown and talked to LRSN, and I’m pleased I did now because honestly speaking I probably wouldn’t be here today. If it hadn’t been for LRSN, who knows what would have happened. I really appreciate them, all of them. They make the time and the effort, nothing is too much trouble for them.”
Everything we do is underpinned by our commitment to building trusted and confidential relationships, and is directed towards offering a hand of friendship, support without judgement and an understanding that everyone experiences difficult times. LRSN walks with and empowers people to address the challenges that create barriers to them fulfilling their potential; helping them to get back on track together.

If you or someone you know is struggling and needs the help and support of our team, please get in touch. We have a variety of different support services available, run by our health and wellbeing lead, and our team of caseworkers and trained volunteers. Whatever you need, we are here to help you.
