Our Mobile Clinic

Making your health, our priority.

The LRSN Health Hut is a mobile clinic that travels around the county to agricultural events, farm and machinery sales and trial days, offering health checks to the visitors. LRSN offers a unique service with the Health Hut taking the health screening to the community, a place where overalls and work boots are not frowned upon.

“I hadn’t thought about having a health check, but as it’s right here in front of me, I’ll have one. I’m nearly 50, and my trousers are getting a bit tight, so here’s what I found out…my cholesterol is a bit high; my blood pressure is also a bit too high, and I need to do something about it. I’m a dad to two teenagers, and I want to see them grow up, so thanks for making me think I need to do something a little different.”

Health Hut visitor

The Health Hut offers the same service as the static clinics; a simple health check that includes blood pressure, basic cholesterol testing and blood sugars. Funding from RABI allows LRSN to take the Health Hut on the road, ensuring that as many members of the agricultural and horticultural communities have access to the free health checks.
