Fundraising

Fundraising for LRSN is a brilliant way to make a real difference in the lives of those living and working in Lincolnshire’s agricultural and horticultural communities. Whether you take on a personal challenge, organise a community event, or get creative with a fundraising idea of your own, the best approach is one that suits you. Keep it simple, enjoy the process, and know that every effort helps provide vital support to those who need it most.

Ruth“I completed the Windermere Marathon for LRSN, it was brutal but amazing. It has been a great opportunity to raise awareness of LRSN and the fantastic work that you do.”
If you’ve already got a fundraising effort or event planned in, did you know that you can set up an online donation page to support LRSN? It is a quick and simple way to collect the funds you raise, with your supporters being able to donate securely using their credit or debit cards, and Gift Aid can help make their donations go even further. You can get started through JustGiving, it’s easy to do, and because funds go directly to LRSN, you’ll have more time to focus on your challenge or event. If you need help setting up your page, our team is on hand.

Don’t forget to check that everything meets legal and safety standards, though. We want your fundraising event to be a success, so if needed, ensure you have the right permissions and insurance in place for whatever you may be planning!

Sarah Poucher, Fundraising and Communications ManagerThere is nothing better than receiving a call from someone who has raised money for LRSN; the passion for our charity and what we do always shines through. We’re so grateful to everyone supporting us in fundraising activities, whether it’s buying a cake at a coffee morning, participating in a sponsored event, or bidding on a lot at our charity auction. As that famous supermarket says, every little helps!
