Hawkestone Choir's Ben opens up about Mental Health

LRSN is lucky enough to collaborate closely with many organisations across the county, region, and country. CPSL Mind is just one of those organisations, and although Ben is based just over the border in Cambridgeshire, he is more than happy to share his own experience with mental health worries with us through his film with Olivia from CPSL Mind.

Ben is a member of the Hawkestone Choir that went viral on social media earlier this year with their performance on Britain’s Got Talent. The choir is made up of members of the farming community, singing is a great way to give your happy hormones a little spike.
